Maximum size: 3 mm shell
length.
Identification:
This species has an angular, transparent-amber shell. When intact, the
rostrum has a forked tip.
Natural history:
Shells of Diacavolinia pacifica are rare in
sand
samples.
Distribution:
Maui and French Frigate Shoals: widespread in the Indo-Pacific.
